A serial complainer?

I am painted as a 'serial complainer'.  So I'm addressing that here.

What have I complained about?

Planning applications have been objected to.  Apart from the original planning application to expand the yard, which destroyed woodland which would now be classified as a 'core area' for protection under the Council's biodiversity policy, I have objected to:-

Lighting which damages the ecology of the area.  A factor that could easily be dealt with if the companies faced all lights into the industrial estate and angled them down.

Expansion whilst the drainage system was clearly not working.  At no stage have the Council requested any details of the drainage system and they have ignored all details showing the non-existent outlet pipe and flooding to the surrounding woodland.

More buildings means an increased flow of water from off roof space into a system which doesn't work.  This isn't affecting the industrial estate because it is around 6-9 feet higher than neighbouring land.  It does affect us and the woodland.

Constant fires.  We were having seven day a week fires by virtually all of the companies here.  This isn't brash burning, it is plastic burning.  Apart from the stench directly over our home, this is illegal and dangerous to health.  Plastics when burnt produce dioxins, which when inhaled massively increases your risk of cancer.

If everyone burned the waste in their black bins at home in their back garden I'm sure no-one would criticise when neighbours complained, but I'm not allowed to complain about the equivalent happening here.

Dust.  Cement dust all over our property and in our house.  Silica in cement is a known cause of lung disease which is why SMC are regulated under a Pollution Permit.  Again I'm not allowed to criticise the horrendous dust problems without being called a 'serial complainer'.   This is our car three weeks after cleaning it.

It should also be pointed out that the waste on the drive has caused the soakaway at the end of the drive to fail and the soakaway on our land by our conifer hedge to fail.  This is the same waste that causes the dust.  The soakaway on our land worked whilst I was cleaning it out.  This soakaway only takes water from the drive, it takes no water from our land. I was threatened for cleaning the waste out and putting it on the drive in piles and told it would be 'in my fucking house next time'.

So now this soakaway is full of waste, the pipes are filled, and the soakaway is destroyed.  So the occupants have again destroyed their own drainage.  This is the muck I cleaned out of the gully before being threatened.

You can't even see the gully any more because there is so much waste over the grid.  The gully is completely full of crap, and this has filled the soakaway.
